Spaceships Win The Oldie Holiday Tourer Award

Spaceships campervans are proud to announce as the winner of the ‘Holiday Tourer Award’ in October 2011 travel Awards at the East India club, London, UK.
Our General Manager, John Morley was on hand to accept the award and was proud to announce that the award reflects that Spaceships, ‘are not just for young people but for the young at heart’ and that ‘anyone with a sense of adventure’ can hire a Spaceship to anywhere in the UK and Europe at a fraction of the cost of a normal campervan but with all the facilities.
The Oldie Magazine began their publication in 1992 and as ‘Richard Ingram’ writes that ‘the (oldie magazines) aim was to produce an antidote to youth culture but, more importantly, a magazine with emphasis on good writing, humour and quality illustration. Sixteen years later, The Oldie can well claim to be a success story, attracting some of our best writers, illustrators and cartoonists.’ to a UK based readership and online subscribers.
